Our Products

All our products are finished jewellery pieces. All the jewellery is made of genuine fine gold and natural, genuine gemstones and diamonds. Our pieces are all handcrafted using the finest materials.

Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia wide! All our products that are currently in stock (noted in product description) will be received within 1 week and allow 10-14 working days for all our other jewellery, however, delays do occur and we thank you for understanding. Please feel free to contact us at any time and we will advise you of the status of your jewellery. We also offer worldwide shipping.

If you need the jewellery to be shipped express please contact us and we will try to arrange something - this may be at an extra cost. Alternatively, if we have the item in stock you may be able to pick it up the same day during business hours from our CBD location.

Warranty

Our jewellery is all made with top quality materials and we trust you will be satisfied. However, our jewellery is under a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. We will repair any damages if they were not a result of mistreatment or carelessness.

Our gemstones and diamond sizes will be listed in the description of each product. Click here to figure out your ring size. If you require a custom size that is not available please contact us.

Custom Designs

Yes! We do offer custom designs! Contact us, or visit us at our CBD location to finally get the piece of jewellery you envision at affordable prices. We will work with you to design the perfect jewellery.

Appointments

You may visit us in person at our Melbourne CBD office and view our collection. Discounts may apply if you purchase items directly from us with cash or direct deposit. Contact us to arrange an appointment to come see us or to arrange other payment methods.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange an appointment where you may return or exchange your item in person.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
